Power House Cereal

This easy to prepare cereal you can cook before eating or leave it raw. When my son was fighting cancer he cut many things out of his diet. Including the sugary cereals, which I am thankful for. Trying to show my son he could still eat things that were nutritious and tasted good meant I had to get creative. We will also store this in a mason jar and eat it like trail mix! Another great thing is you can leave an ingredient out or add another. For example cancer patients would want to subsitute the honey for stevia *As Always all ingredients are organic*


INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups sliced raw almonds
1/2 cup of coconut
1 1/2 raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/4 cup of honey *or 1/2 packet of stevia depending on how sweet you like it
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp ground nutmeg
5 tsp cinnamon
(Blend all but coconut oil, honey and vanilla add that last) Bake at 325 for an 30 minutes or to your desired crispiness!
